Variable 2 to 4, becoming northerly or northeasterly 3 to 5. Slight or moderate. Occasional rain and drizzle, fog patches at first in north. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor at first in north.

West Central Section

Cyclonic, mainly westerly or southwesterly, 4 to 6. Moderate or rough. Occasional rain or drizzle, fog patches for a time in far south. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor in far south.

Denmark Strait

Southwesterly 3 to 5, becoming variable 2 to 4. Slight, occasionally smooth near iceland and moderate later in far south. Fog patches in north and later in east, otherwise mainly fair. Good, but moderate or good occasionally very poor in north and later in east.
