Norwegian Basin
Southerly or southwesterly 6 to gale 8, veering westerly 4 to 6 later in west. Rough or very rough. Rain at times, wintry showers later in west. Good, occasionally poor.
Outlook for following 24 hours
Storms expected in both northern sections, West Central Section and Denmark Strait. Severe gales expected in Rockall, Bailey, Faeroes, Southeast Iceland and East Central Section. Gales also likely in Shannon, north Iceland and Norwegian Basin.
