Moderate or rough, snow showers, rain or sleet in far southeast. Good, occasionally poor. Occasional light icing in northeast around 69 north with temperatures around ms02 or ms03.

Norwegian Basin

Northwesterly 5 or 6, becoming variable 2 to 4 at first in northeast, otherwise easterly or southeasterly 3 to 5, increasing 5 to 7, perhaps gale 8 for a time later in south. Moderate or rough. Sleet and snow showers, occasional rain and sleet later in south. Moderate or good, occasionally poor.
