Southerly or southwesterly 4 to 6. Moderate or rough in north, moderate throughout in south. Rain or drizzle at times, fog patches. Moderate to very poor, occasionally good in south.

West Central Section

Variable 2 to 4 until later in north, otherwise cyclonic mainly southerly 4 to 6. Moderate or rough. Rain at times, occasionally thundery, fog banks, perhaps extensive fog at times. Moderate to very poor.

Cyclonic 3 to 5, occasionally 6 later in west. Rough until later in far southeast, otherwise slight or moderate. Rain at times, with some freezing rain in northwest, fog banks or extensive fog in northwest. Moderate to very poor in northwest, but in southeast, moderate or good occasionally poor.
