Northerly 4 to 6, becoming variable 2 to 4, then southerly or southwesterly 4 or 5 later. Moderate or rough. Fair. Good. Moderate or severe icing expected at first with temperatures ms08 to ms11.
Norwegian Basin
Westerly or northwesterly veering northerly, 5 to 7, occasionally gale 8 in northeast, increasing 7 to severe gale 9 later in far northeast. Rough or very rough, becoming high later in far northeast. Mainly fair until later in west, otherwise showers turning to sleet and snow, squally at times in northeast. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor in east.
