East Central Section

In southeastern half of the area

In northwestern half of the area

West Central Section

Cyclonic mainly southerly or southwesterly, 4 to 6, occasionally 3 in north, increasing 7 at times later in southwest. Moderate or rough. Rain, perhaps thundery, fog banks, perhaps extensive fog at times. Moderate to very poor.

Denmark Strait

Cyclonic 3 to 5, occasionally 6 in east, becoming variable 2 to 4 later in west. Slight or moderate, occasionally rough at first in far southeast. Rain at times, mainly in east, fog patches. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor.

North Iceland

Norwegian Basin
