Very rough or high, occasionally very high at first in south, becoming rough or very rough, occasionally moderate later in east. Rain at times in east, with occasional sleet, snow and freezing rain for a time in northwest, fair at times in southwest. Moderate or good, occasionally poor.

North Iceland

In south

Southerly or southwesterly, 5 to 7, occasionally gale 8 at first and later in south , decreasing 4 at times. Moderate or rough, occasionally very rough at first in east. Occasional rain or drizzle, sleet or snow at times later in west, fog patches at first in north and west. Moderate or good, occasionally poor, but very poor at first in north and west.

In north

Cyclonic 4 to 6, becoming southwesterly 6 to gale 8 for a time in southwest and variable 2 to 4 for a time in northwest. Moderate or rough, occasionally very rough for a time. Occasional rain, sleet and snow with fog patches. Good, becoming moderate to very poor. Occasional light or moderate icing expected near greenland, mainly over the ice, and also at first in far northeast, with temperatures around ms03.

Norwegian Basin

Southwesterly 5 to 7, occasionally gale 8 at first in northeast, veering westerly or northwesterly for a time, decreasing 3 to 5 later, becoming variable 2 to 4 later in southeast. Rough, occasionally very rough until later in north and moderate in south. Occasional drizzle or showers. Moderate or good.
