Denmark Strait

North Iceland

Variable 3 or less at first in north, otherwise southerly or southwesterly 3 to 5, occasionally 6 in far south. Slight or moderate. Fog banks in north, elsewhere mainly fair, fog patches developing in west for a time, showers later in south. Moderate to very poor in north, elsewhere moderate or good, occasionally poor.

Norwegian Basin

Variable, mainly southwesterly 2 to 4, becoming easterly or southeasterly 3 to 5 later. Slight or moderate. Showers, outbreaks of rain or drizzle later in southwest. Moderate or good, occasionally poor later in south.
