Occasional rain and drizzle with fog patches in south, mainly fair in north. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor until later in south.

East Central Section

Southwesterly 4 to 6 at first in northeast, otherwise cyclonic 5 to 7, occasionally gale 8 in south for a time, becoming mainly southerly or southwesterly 4 to 6 later, moderate or rough, becoming rough, occasionally very rough in southwest. Occasional rain or showers, perhaps thundery for a time.

West Central Section

Cyclonic 5 to 7, decreasing 4 at times in central areas. Rough or very rough, occasionally very rough until later in northeast. Rain or showers, thundery for a time, fog patches in north. Moderate or good, occasionally poor, but very poor at times in north.

Denmark Strait

Northeasterly 4 to 6, but 6 to gale 8 in southeast near Iceland, decreasing 2 or 3 at times in west near greenland coast. Moderate or rough, occasionally slight in east. Wintry showers at first in far southeast, otherwise fair, good, occasionally poor at first in far southeast.

North Iceland
