Sleet or snow at times in western, central and northern parts, occasional rain or showers in southeast. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor in western, central and northern parts. Light or moderate icing at times in far west between 69 north and 70 north, with temperatures ms03 to ms06.

Norwegian Basin

Easterly or northeasterly 3 to 5, occasionally 6 at first in west, becoming variable 2 to 4 in central and eastern areas. Moderate or rough in west, slight or moderate in east. Occasional rain in far southwest, showers elsewhere. Good, becoming poor at times in far southwest.
