North Iceland

Cyclonic 4 to 6, becoming mainly westerly or northwesterly 3 to 5, then backing southwesterly later in west. Rough at first in southeast, otherwise moderate, but occasionally slight in west. Rain or drizzle, then showers, but sleet or freezing rain at first in far northwest, fog banks in north and west. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor in north and west and poor in south and east.

Norwegian Basin

Westerly or southwesterly mainly 3 to 5, but 6 at first in north, becoming variable 2 to 4 in south and east. Mainly rough, but occasionally very rough at first in north, then becoming moderate. Rain at first in far east, otherwise showers. Moderate or good, occasionally poor at first in far east.
