Winds are also expected to reach storm force 10 between 50 and 150 miles of the centre in the western quadrant, this then gradually increasing to violent storm force 11 and expanding to the southwestern quadrant between 50 and 200 miles of the centre from 021300UTC, then decreasing again to storm force 10 and confined to the southwestern quadrant between 150 and 250 miles of the centre by 030000UTC. New low expected 59 north 42 west 964 by 030000UTC. Southerly or southwesterly winds are expected to reach storm force 10 in area enclosed between 57 and 62 north and west of 36 west in West Northern Section from 030100UTC, but occasionally violent storm force 11 in the west of this area. Winds are also expected to reach storm force 10 in area enclosed between 64 and 66 north and west of 28 west in West Northern Section and Denmark Strait from 030100UTC, but violent storm force 11 within 50 miles of the greenland coast in this area. finally, southerly or southeasterly winds are expected to reach storm force 10 at times in West Central Section until 021900UTC and then east of 34 east in West Northern Section from 021600UTC.

Hurricane force winds expected in Denmark Strait with violent storms in West Northern Section. Severe gales expected in Bailey, East Northern Section, East Central Section, north Iceland and Norwegian Basin with gales in Rockall, Faeroes, Southeast Iceland and West Central Section.
