North Iceland
In east
Cyclonic 4 to 6, occasionally 7 at first, becoming variable 2 to 4 later, then southeasterly 5 or 6 later in southwest. Moderate or rough. Occasional drizzle and fog patches in north, and showers at first in south, rain later in southwest. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor in north and poor later in southwest.
In west
Northwesterly 4 to 6 at first in east, otherwise variable 2 to 4, becoming southerly or southeasterly 4 to 6. Mainly moderate, occasionally slight in northwest. Fair, then rain, sleet and snow in far southwest and later elsewhere except in far northeast. Good, becoming moderate to very poor in far southwest and later elsewhere except in far northeast. Occasional light icing later in far northwest with temperatures around ms02.
Norwegian Basin
Southwesterly in far northeast, otherwise northwesterly, 4 to 6, occasionally 7 at first in north. Rough, occasionally very rough at first in north, becoming moderate at times later. Wintry showers. Good, occasionally poor.

Severe gales expected in West Northern Section and Denmark Strait with gales in Bailey and East Northern Section. Risk of gales in Southeast Iceland.
