Denmark Strait

Light or moderate icing developing near the ice, with temperatures ms02 or ms03.
North Iceland
Southeasterly, backing easterly or northeasterly in far west, 3 to 5, occasionally 6 later in far south. Moderate in north, moderate or rough in south. Rain or drizzle at times, and also occasional sleet or freezing rain in north, fog banks, perhaps extensive fog at times. Moderate to very poor, occasionally good in south.
Norwegian Basin
In area to the west of 03 east
Southeasterly 4 to 6, occasionally 7 later in far southwest. Rough. Rain at times. Moderate or good, occasionally poor.
In area to the east of 03 east
Cyclonic becoming southeasterly 3 to 5, increasing 6 later in east. Moderate or rough. Mainly fair. Good.
Outlook for following 24 hours
Storm force winds expected in West Northern Section, East Central Section, West Central Section and Denmark Strait. Severe gales expected in Sole, Shannon, Bailey, Faeroes and East Northern Section. Gales expected in Rockall, Southeast Iceland, north Iceland and Norwegian Basin.
