Denmark Strait
Northerly or northeasterly 6 to gale 8, but 3 to 5 at first in east. Moderate or rough. Sleet and snow, or snow showers. Moderate or poor, occasionally very poor. Light or moderate icing within 50 miles of ice edge, with temperatures ms03 to ms06. Occasional severe icing near ice edge later in northeast, with temperatures ms06 to ms08.
North Iceland
In area north of 70 north
Variable 2 to 4, becoming northerly or northeasterly, 4 to 6 later. Moderate, occasionally slight in far north. Snow and snow showers. Good, occasionally poor.

Easterly backing northeasterly, becoming cyclonic in southeast, 3 to 5, increasing 6 to gale 8 in far northwest. Moderate, occasionally rough later in nw. Snow or snow showers in north and west, occasional rain later in southeast. Moderate or good, occasionally poor, but very poor at times later in northwest.
Norwegian Basin
Easterly or northeasterly, 4 to 6, occasionally 7 at first in northeast and later in southwest, becoming variable 2 to 4 for a time in southeast, and cyclonic 3 or 4 later in northeast. Moderate or rough, occasionally slight later in far east. Mainly fair in east, occasional rain later in west. Good, occasionally poor later in west.

A risk of storms in the far south of West Central Section and severe gales in Denmark Strait. Gales expected in Southeast Iceland, East Northern Section, West Northern Section, East Central Section and north Iceland.
