Southwesterly 4 or 5, but variable 3 or 4 at first in east, backing southerly or southwesterly 5 or 6, increasing 7 or gale 8 in far north. Moderate, becoming moderate or rough later. Mainly fair at first in north and east, otherwise sleet and snow, fog banks developing in southwest. Moderate or good at first in north and east, otherwise moderate or poor, occasionally very poor in southwest. Occasionally light icing developing from 210000utc in northwest with temperatures between ms02 and ms04.
In south
Southeasterly 4 to 6. Moderate or rough, occasionally very rough in far south. Occasional rain, fog banks developing and becoming extensive. Moderate or poor, becoming poor or very poor.
Norwegian Basin
Southeasterly, backing easterly or southeasterly later, 4 or 5, but variable 2 or 3 until later in east. Moderate or rough, showers in northeast. Mainly fair. Good, occasionally moderate in northeast.
