West Central Section

Variable mainly northeasterly 2 to 4, becoming cyclonic 3 to 5 later. Moderate, occasionally slight in east. Rain or drizzle at times, fog banks, perhaps extensive fog for a time. Moderate to very poor, occasionally good in south.
North Iceland
Southeasterly at first in north, otherwise cyclonic, 3 to 5, occasionally 6 in south. Moderate, occasionally rough later in south. Rain or drizzle and fog banks, but with extensive fog at times except in northeast, then showers later in south. Moderate to very poor, occasionally good at first in northeast, and then becoming good later in south.
Norwegian Basin
Southerly or southwesterly 3 to 5. Moderate, occasionally slight in far east. Rain or drizzle at times, fog patches in west. Moderate or good, occasionally poor in east and very poor in west.
