East Central Section
In southeastern half of the area

Denmark Strait

Light or moderate icing at times within 50 miles of the greenland coast, with temperatures ms02 to ms05.
North Iceland
Southerly or southwesterly 5 to 7, increasing gale 8 at times, but becoming cyclonic 3 to 5 in far northwest. Moderate or rough, becoming rough or very rough except in northwest and far southwest. Rain, snow or freezing rain in north and west, drizzle at times in southeast. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor in north and west. Light icing at times in northwest, with temperatures ms02 to ms04.
Norwegian Basin
Southerly or southwesterly 4 to 6, increasing 6 to gale 8 in east but becoming cyclonic 3 to 5 for a time at first in west. Moderate or rough, becoming very rough later in far northwest. Rain for a time. Moderate or good, occasionally poor.
