General situation
High pressure centred over the North Sea will drift southeastwards and decline during the period, bringing mainly southeasterly winds through Thursday, veering southwesterly on Friday. Fog patches will affect southwestern waters for a time with isolated thunderstorms possible over some southern and western areas.
