General situation
A developing area of low pressure across the north bringing outbreaks of heavy rain, will move away northeast, followed by a strong southwesterly flow, with a risk of gales in places. Another area of low pressure will move towards the United Kingdom from Monday night, maintaining the unsettled and also very windy conditions, with gales or severe gales becoming more widespread around coasts.
