General situation

Low pressure will affect the northern UK through the period, while a ridge of high pressure will extend into the Southwest Approaches. This will maintain a generally westerly flow with fresher winds and more showery weather focused in the north, but it will be mainly fair over southern waters.

Cape Wrath to Rattray Head including Orkney
