General situation
A few wintry showers along with strong winds will affect eastern coasts on Tuesday, but elsewhere a ridge of high pressure will bring most settled conditions and lighter winds. However, further rain and strong winds will arrive across some southern and western parts from Tuesday night and through Wednesday.
