Breezy. Dry with clear spells in the east at first, but cloudy with scattered showers west during the evening. Clearer spells again overnight and largely dry, but the odd shower still in the northwest. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Sunday:

Mostly dry and bright, but the odd shower in the northwest. Clouding over from the late afternoon ahead of outbreaks of rain spreading east through the evening. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Unsettled and breezy with heavy showers and outbreaks of rain at times throughout this period. Drier for a time early Wednesday.

Changeable and at times unsettled weather is likely to continue into the start of this period, with low pressure dominating the UK. This means further showers or longer spells of rain at times. All parts could see some heavy rain, but it is likely that western areas will be wettest. Strong winds are likely at times, with gales possible in the west. Equally there should also be some drier or clearer interludes, these more prevalent further east. A transition to a less unsettled pattern is possible later in the period making drier interludes more common. Above average temperatures are most likely, with a reduced incidence of overnight frost and fog, compared to normal, especially at first.

A transition to a less unsettled pattern is possible through mid-November. With time, there is a greater chance of incidences of high pressure bringing more in the way of dry weather, also increasing the chances of overnight fog and frost. There may however still be periods of rain, showers, and stronger winds, especially in the west. Weather patterns are very uncertain during late November. Overall, near or above average temperatures are most likely though some colder spells are possible, especially should any prolonged settled spells develop.
