A dry start in the east otherwise a mixture of bright or sunny intervals and showers, some heavy with chance of isolated thunder. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Sunny intervals and showers on Tuesday and Wednesday, perhaps a longer spell of rain in east on Wednesday, with lighter winds. Thursday breezy with sunny intervals and showers.

Some short-lived spells of drier and more settled weather are also possible at times, especially early and again late in the period, when they may last a little longer. Temperatures will likely be close to average or slightly below overall, but may rise above at times in any drier, sunnier spells.
