Heavy showers spreading east across Wales this evening with thunder and hail possible. These giving locally squally winds and strong gusts and falling as snow over higher ground. Turning drier overnight with patchy frost and ice. Freshening winds by morning. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Heavy rain spreading northeast during the morning, with frequent heavy showers following from the south later. Windy at times with gales in places, severe on southern coasts during the morning. Maximum temperature 7 °C.
Remaining unsettled through this period with showers and occasionally longer spells of rain, heavy at times with a chance of localised flooding. Often windy with severe coastal gales on Monday.
