Clear skies at first before cloud in the west spreads eastwards across the region by the morning. However, it should remain generally dry. Winds mainly light. Minimum temperature 16 °C.
Rather cloudy at first but sunny spells spells developing through the day. Winds generally light, with temperatures slightly lower than Friday, but still very warm. Maximum temperature 27 °C.
Dry and settled on Sunday with heat building, perhaps peaking on Tuesday, with some muggy intervening nights. This heat perhaps triggering thunderstorms by this time.

High pressure is expected to be dominant at the start of the period, which will bring predominantly fine and dry conditions with temperatures well above normal, albeit with a small risk of a few showers or thunderstorms at times. Into the the last weekend of June, an area of low pressure may track to the west of the UK, which brings the potential for notably hot conditions to build from the south again, alongside a risk of thundery outbreaks. By early July it remains finely balanced as to whether low pressure, and more changeable conditions, are allowed to take over, or whether the more settled conditions hold sway.

However, there is still a chance of some changeable, more unsettled conditions could develop at times, and a risk of some heavy and thundery showers.
