Heavy rain clearing to the east in the morning to leave a largely dry day with some bright spells and just the odd isolated shower. Light winds at first but breezy at times in the afternoon. Maximum temperature 9 °C.

Tonight:

Clear spells and a few showers at first this evening. Soon turning cloudier with outbreaks of rain overnight, these may be heavy at times. Strong winds, especially near coasts. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Sunday:

A mixed day of bright spells and blustery showers, best of the dry and bright spells will be in the east. Strong southerly winds which may reach gale force. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Sunny spells and a few showers on Monday. Dry with sunny spells Tuesday. Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain on Wednesday. Winds light Monday then breezy on Tuesday and Wednesday.
