A dry night and staying mostly cloudy along west and north coasts. Clear periods inland will lead to a widespread sharp frost and some patches of freezing fog. Minimum temperature -6 °C.
Wednesday:
Another dry day with some sunshine well inland but staying cloudy on the West Coast. Patches of freezing fog will be slow to clear. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:
Mainly dry and rather cloudy with westerly winds freshening on Saturday. A short lived band of light rain will cross all parts later on Friday.
