Grey and rather gloomy with scattered, wintry showers.
A chilly and in places frosty morning with hill fog lingering over the Moors. Then a rather cloudy day with showers in the east moving slowly westwards, these wintry over higher ground. Staying rather cold, but with light winds. Maximum temperature 7 °C.
Mainly cloudy tonight, although some cloud breaks in the east allow for an early frost. Occasional showers in the far southwest, but mainly dry with winds remaining light. Minimum temperature 1 °C.
Another chilly morning, but turning brighter through the day with occasional sunny spells, mainly in the west. The odd spot of rain possible in the east. Light winds and chilly. Maximum temperature 8 °C.
Remaining largely cloudy into the new week with spells of rain and drizzle at time, falling as sleet or snow across the high ground. Feeling cold, especially in brisk winds.
