The day will be cloudy with bands of rain, passing northeast from the early morning. Some of this rain will be heavy. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Bands of rain, some heavy, push northeast with showers, some heavy and thundery, following Wednesday afternoon. These showers clear overnight into Thursday. A further rain band pushes northeast Friday.

This will bring showers or longer spells of rain at times, heaviest and most persistent in the northwest, together with some strong winds. The southeast is likely to be driest and brightest. Later in this period, conditions may become drier and more settled, perhaps more especially in the north or northwest, with the south possibly becoming the focus for showers or longer spells of rain. Temperatures will likely be near or slightly above average overall.
