A cloudy, cool and often wet day with periods of rain, heavy and persistent at times. Brighter for some later. Windy at times with gales possibly developing in the south. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Cloudy and windy on Sunday with occasional heavy rain in the north and west, spreading southeast later. Rain clearing to sunny spells on Monday. Sunshine and blustery showers on Tuesday.

Winds will mostly be light with temperatures probably above normal and it could be hot at times in the south. Towards the end of June, low pressure may begin to have more of an influence, especially across the south, which could lead to outbreaks of heavy showers and thunderstorms.
