Showers clearing then patchy frost and fog.
Scattered showers this evening, these clearing overnight with clear intervals developing. Turning rather cold with a slight rural frost possible, mainly in eastern counties. Remaining a bit milder in the west with drizzly rain possible across the Isles of Scilly Minimum temperature 0 °C.
Fog patches in the east clearing, then a dry day for most with light winds and sunny spells. Cloudier and breezier in Cornwall and west Devon with mist and drizzle. Maximum temperature 8 °C.
Dry for most of Wednesday, but turning wet and windy through the evening. Heavy blustery showers on Thursday, with coastal gales developing. A calmer interlude on Friday. Turning much milder.
