A little brighter today, but further rain arrives later.
Today:
Overnight rain in the north clearing to a mix of bright spells and showers for many this morning. Becoming largely dry in the north this afternoon, but further rain arriving into the south. Breezy, especially along the coasts. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Tonight:
Heavy rain possible for a time across the south this evening. Otherwise a mix of clear spells and some patchy rain, with the rain becoming a little more extensive later. Minimum temperature 6 °C.
Thursday:
A rather grey start with some outbreaks of rain. Turning brighter from the west throughout the day with a few showers also following. Temperatures remaining around average. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Sunshine and showers initially on Friday, before cloud and patchy rain arrives later. Colder, drier and brighter on Saturday before turning milder again on Sunday as cloud and rain returns.
