Showers, with possible thunderstorms, will move into the south and west of the UK for a time this weekend, before high pressure becomes re-established.

Remaining dry this evening with plenty of late sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud developing overnight to leave clear spells, and turning breezy especially along the south coast. Minimum temperature 4 °C.
Another fine start. Some fair weather cloud bubbling up during the afternoon to leave sunny spells, with sunshine perhaps turning hazy later. Feeling warm but breezy, especially along the coasts. Maximum temperature 22 °C.
Turning cloudier on Sunday with the chance of heavy, possibly thundery showers. Further heavy, thundery showers on Monday, then drier on Tuesday with sunny spells. Warm but breezy at times.
