Rain will clear eastwards, with a few residual showers through this evening, before most places turn dry overnight. Clear spells for many, but staying rather breezy. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

A bright day with blustery showers. Heavy, sometimes thundery downpours are expected throughout the day, interspersed with drier, sunnier spells. Windy, especially over higher ground. Maximum temperature 20 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Scattered showers continue, giving a distinctly autumnal feel to the new working week. Longer spells of rain are expected at times, but there will be some breaks to sunshine too.
