Cloudy at first, but sunny spells soon developing, with scattered, blustery showers spreading eastwards through the day. Some heavy, perhaps thundery downpours, but a more settled day than Sunday. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Tuesday brings sunshine and scattered showers before turning cloudier mid-week. Mainly dry Wednesday, before further persistent rain slips southwards overnight and through Thursday. Occasionally breezy, with temperatures returning to average.
