Rather cloudy and cold.
A largely cloudy and cold day, mainly dry but with the odd spot of drizzle possible. Any cloud breaks will be limited, with these perhaps slightly more likely in northwest in the lee of higher ground. Light winds throughout. Maximum temperature 3 °C.
