This Evening and Tonight:

Winds gradually easing, with wintry showers affecting eastern areas overnight, and increasingly falling as snow. Drier to the west with some clear spells. Cold with widespread frost, especially where any snow lying, and icy patches likely on untreated surfaces. Minimum temperature -6 °C.

Saturday:

Cold. Cloudy with wintry showers in the east becoming restricted to Lincolnshire coasts. Western areas drier with some bright or sunny spells. Mainly light winds. Very cold overnight. Maximum temperature 3 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Winds strengthening early Sunday, ahead of rain, perhaps brief snow across hills, moving east. Less cold Monday and Tuesday, but changeable with occasional rain or showers.
