Colder overnight compared to recently. Scattered showers becoming more isolated, mainly affecting coastal districts for a time before moving offshore. Frost developing for many, especially under more lasting clear periods inland. Minimum temperature -2 °C.
Starting fine, frosty too in places, leading into a mainly sunny day. On the cold side despite the sunshine, although winds will be light. Frost developing overnight. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Mainly fine Wednesday daytime after a cold start. Becoming milder but increasingly wet and windy later and into Thursday, with a second, more showery weather system following into Friday.
