A clear and bright evening for many. Cloud thickens and lowers over the hills in the east overnight, with isolated light showers in the south later. Mild night to come. Minimum temperature 14 °C.

Wednesday:

Isolated light showers continue to feed up from the south, but most places staying dry and seeing some bright spells into the afternoon. Staying warm and humid. Maximum temperature 24 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Changeable weather with spells of heavy rain, some thunderstorms and strong winds. Brighter intervals and scattered showers at times. Temperatures mostly near normal, feeling warm and humid in places.

It will likely remain changeable into early September, with rainfall amounts probably above average for the time year and the potential for some strong winds at times. However, some drier, more settled interludes could develop at times. Temperatures are likely to be near average, although some short-lived warm or hot spells are possible, especially in the south.
