Widely dry bright and frosty start with mist or fog patches gradually clearing. Cloud and outbreaks of rain spread east during the day, accompanied by gusty winds. Rain largely easing by late-afternoon with clear spells developing and occasional showers. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Showers largely easing this evening with widespread clear spells and patchy frost developing. Becoming wet and windy by the morning as Storm Éowyn arrives. Some snow accumulating on western hills. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Rain soon clearing to bright or sunny spells and isolated showers, but winds strengthening significantly through the morning. Widespread gales, occasionally severe by the afternoon with very strong southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 7 °C.
