Dry and brighter at first with some sunny spells. Cloud soon thickening from the west, bringing outbreaks of rain during the afternoon, becoming persistent through the evening. Remaining breezy. Maximum temperature 21 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

Rain clearing to sunny spells and blustery showers on Friday. Largely dry on Saturday, with lighter winds and sunny spells. Changeable, windy and wet on Sunday. Temperatures near average.

Rain will likely be most frequent across northern and western areas, while the south and east are more likely to see some drier interludes. There is also the potential for some strong and gusty winds, particularly in the northwest. Temperatures are likely to be near average, although brief warm or very warm spells are possible, especially in the south.
