A band of rain, with embedded heavier pulses, spreads east during the morning. Brighter conditions follow but scattered, possibly thundery showers develop, though these tending to ease by late afternoon. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Sunshine and showers Tuesday and Wednesday with a risk of hail and thunder. A fine start likely on Thursday, then rain arriving later. Breezy at times and rather cool overall.
