    Mostly dry and bright with some sunny intervals, perhaps the odd shower over Orkney, Fresh to strong southeast winds. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

    Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

    Scattered showers and brighter spells for Tuesday. Rain or showers for Wednesday and Thursday, heavier across Shetland bringing the risk of thunderstorms.
