Cloudy and dry initially, before a band of rain, occasionally heavy, moves southeastwards during the afternoon. Rain clearing by the evening, with some scattered showers following on behind. Becoming windy. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Breezy Monday, with bright spells and perhaps isolated light showers, with temperatures near average. Cloudier Tuesday and Wednesday, with light winds, mostly dry and also milder.

The northwest is likely to be more unsettled with low pressure systems moving in at times, bringing showers or longer spells of rain. Strong winds are also possible, particularly along coasts. In the southeast, high pressure will have greater influence, with more settled, drier weather as a result. Temperatures overall are likely to be near to or slightly above normal.
