An area of heavy rain will quickly move east across the south of the region this evening. Otherwise a mix of clear spells with some patchy rain, with the rain becoming a little more extensive later. Minimum temperature 6 °C.
Thursday:
A rather grey start with some outbreaks of rain. Turning brighter from the west throughout the morning with a few showers also following. Temperatures remaining around average. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Colder on Friday with some further rain and perhaps hill snow later. Colder, drier and brighter on Saturday before turning milder again on Sunday as cloud and rain returns.
