    Mostly dry overnight with the outside chance of drizzle. Largely cloudy with hill fog over the moors. A blustery breeze picking up in strength towards dawn on Wednesday. Turning chilly, though frost only very isolated. Minimum temperature 2 °C.

    Wednesday:

    Dry throughout Christmas Eve. Morning cloud clearing to allow plenty of sunny spells by the afternoon. Turning increasingly windy and gusty through the day with a bitter wind chill developing. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

    Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

    Chance of a shower across Cornwall on Christmas Day; otherwise, dry and cold with strong winds. Less gusty into the weekend, though still breezy with variable cloud and sunny spells.
