Rain clearing to sunshine and showers. Breezy and cooler.
A damp start with heavy rain clearing southeastwards through the morning. Brighter by the afternoon with a mixture of sunny spells and a few blustery showers, though many places staying dry. Feeling cooler than Thursday. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Any showers mostly easing this evening and overnight to leave plenty of clear spells. Turning colder with a touch of frost in the countryside and lighter winds. Minimum temperature 0 °C.
A chilly start with sunshine becoming hazy through the morning. Cloudier and windier by the afternoon with patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle arriving from the west. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Largely dry through the period with variable amounts of cloud and sunny intervals. Rain and drizzle possible at times over the hills. Feeling pleasant in the sunshine with winds easing.
