Between systems it will be drier and brighter with some sunshine, but also with a few showers in places. Further into the period there is a chance that the weather patterns could become more slowly evolving for a time. This may lead to more in the way of settled weather, especially in the east, but this is uncertain. Temperatures may be slightly below normal at first, but are likely to rise above average later.
