Scattered blustery showers developing across the region, potentially heavy with thunder and hail at times. Some sunny spells breaking through between showers, but temperatures slightly down compared to Wednesday. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Showers continuing throughout the night, perhaps merging into longer spells of rain at times. A little misty over the hills. Breezy but staying rather mild for most. Minimum temperature 11 °C.
Friday:
Another day of showers, which again have the potential to be heavy and thundery. Temperatures holding around the late August average in any sunnier interludes, but remaining blustery. Maximum temperature 20 °C.
