A cloudy and wet start to the day as rain slowly clears southwards during the morning. Drier and brighter for the afternoon, with hazy spells of sunshine for many. Maximum temperature 25 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Sunny spells and showers expected throughout this period. Some of the showers will be heavy and times, with the risk of hail and thunder. A fresh feel for all.
