A dry, bright start in the east, becoming cloudy through the morning with patchy rain. Cloudy with occasionally heavy rain in west. Becoming dry with clear spells in evening. Breezy. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

Cloudy with rain on Friday morning, becoming brighter with a few showers later. Bright for most of Saturday, rain arriving later. Cloudy and breezy with outbreaks of rain on Sunday.

Rainfall will typically be heaviest in the northwest, with much less reaching sheltered eastern areas. Some parts of the southeast may be largely fine. These will bring spells of rain and perhaps strong winds, with the wettest conditions in the northwest, whilst the southeast will likely be driest.
