Cloudy to start with rain spreading in from the west, turning heavy at times especially across the higher ground. Some brighter breaks too, but feeling cooler than recent day. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

A generally drier and more settled period with plenty of sunny spells, and a few scattered showers, mainly over the hills. Winds becoming light with temperatures closer to average.

There is also the risk that isolated heavy showers and thunderstorms could develop at times. Temperatures are expected to be above normal, perhaps with some hot spells in the southeast.
