During the evening, bright spells in the east and showers easing in the west. Overnight, showers becoming heavier and more frequent for a time, perhaps turning locally thundery. Brisk winds easing a little overnight. Minimum temperature 16 °C.

Sunday:

Any residual heavy showers at first, clearing southeast. Thereafter, often rather cloudy with scattered, perhaps locally heavy, showers and bright or sunny intervals. Breezy at times. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Fewer showers on Monday with more sunny spells but still breezy. A cool start on Tuesday but mainly dry with sunny spells. Cloudier but warmer on Wednesday, lighter winds.

Towards the northwest, Atlantic frontal systems will bring occasional rain and cloudier skies at times, along with breezier conditions, though there should be some drier, brighter interludes too.
