Warm sunny spells and a few heavy showers today.
Very warm today with widespread sunshine. Cloud will increase in the afternoon, with a few scattered heavy showers developing. There's a chance some of these showers could be thundery at times with hail. Maximum temperature 26 °C.
Showers easing through the evening to leave a dry night. Skies will clear perhaps with a little fog in the Vale of York. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Dry and warm with blue skies on Tuesday. An onshore breeze will keep things a little fresher at the coast. Maximum temperature 22 °C.
Dry, warm and largely sunny over the next few days with chilly nights. Coastal low cloud and mist may affect the coast at times.
