Any patchy overnight fog will slowly clear, leaving a mostly dry day with some bright or sunny spells. Thicker cloud is likely over western hills, however. Light winds, but still feeling chilly. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
Tonight:
Dry for much of the night, with clear spells giving fog and frost patches, especially in the east. Cloud thickening later in the west, with some light rain by dawn. Minimum temperature -2 °C.
Thursday:
A frosty start with any patchy fog slowly clearing. Thicker cloud spreading east with rain, heavy at times, and hill snow following, clearing during the evening. Becoming windy. Feeling cold. Maximum temperature 5 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Storm Éowyn will bring stormy conditions, heavy rain and hill snow on Friday. Winds easing Saturday, dry with some sunny spells. Further strong winds and rain likely later Sunday.
