After a mostly dry start, the day will see bight spells interspersed with blustery showers. These mainly in the west. Strong southerly winds may reach gale force at times. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

The showers will clear from the evening to leave the night dry with increasing clear periods. This together with the wind falling light will bring a patchy inland frost. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Monday:

The morning will be mostly dry with bright spells. Cloud and scattered showers spread northeast during the afternoon. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Dry with sunny periods Tuesday. Cloud and rain spread northeast Wednesday, clearing in the east Wednesday night. The rain turns showery in the west Thursday.

This will bring showers or longer spells of rain at times, heaviest and most persistent in the northwest together with some strong winds. The southeast is likely to be driest and brightest.
