Cloud increasing from the northwest this morning, with some patchy light rain arriving later. This clearing to sunny spells and perhaps the odd shower during the afternoon. Becoming breezy, and feeling cold for the time of year. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
Tonight:
Any showers fading during the evening, with clear skies developing for a time. However, further showers will arrive across the region during the overnight period, these heavy and blustery later. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
Wednesday:
A day of sunny spells and blustery showers, some of the showers locally heavy with hail and thunder. Feeling rather cold with temperatures below normal. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:
Further heavy showers likely on Thursday and perhaps Friday, which also carry a risk of thunder. Some sunny spells in the mix too. Drier and brighter on Saturday.
