    Headline:

    Heavy rain clearing to blustery showers. Feeling colder.

    Today:

    Cloud and rain clearing northeastwards this morning, followed by a mixture of sunshine and scattered blustery showers. These heavy at times with the risk of hail and thunder. Feeling chillier than Wednesday. Maximum temperature 9 °C.

    Tonight:

    Showers generally easing is evening with clear skies into the night. Turning colder with a few mist and fog patches, and frost in places. Winds gradually strengthening. Minimum temperature -1 °C.

    Friday:

    A dry start with any fog soon lifting. Turning cloudier from the west with a band of heavy rain sweeping eastwards. Windy with the risk of coastal gales. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

    Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

    Remaining changeable this weekend and into next with showers on Saturday. Unsettled again on Sunday with longer spells of rain, then somewhat drier on Monday. Milder but often breezy.
