    Last of the very hot days. Cooler conditions to come.

    Today:

    A cloudy start for Cornwall and parts of Devon, bright and sunny further east. Cloud lifts and breaks into the afternoon. Leaving another hot day, especially in the east, however, temperatures slightly lower than of late. Maximum temperature 30 °C.

    Tonight:

    Mostly clear and dry with some cloud moving into Cornwall once again. A cooler night for some, but feeling muggy in places. Minimum temperature 14 °C.

    Saturday:

    Cloud in Cornwall will lift through the morning leaving another bright and hot day. Cooler for Cornwall but hotter further towards the east. Maximum temperature 28 °C.

    Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

    Sunday brings rain, clearing west to much fresher and cooler conditions. Monday and Tuesday are then mostly dry with sunny spells. Temperatures a little above average.
