    Unsettled start to the week, but turning warmer from mid-week.

    This Evening and Tonight:

    Some late spells of sunshine possible in the far east this evening. Otherwise rain will spread across the region overnight, accompanied by blustery winds, particularly along exposed coasts and high ground. A milder night than of late. Minimum temperature 9 °C.

    Tuesday:

    Any lingering rain in the east quickly clearing, leaving a blustery day with a mix of sunshine and showers. The showers will be heavy and possibly thundery, before easing later. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

    Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

    Further showers likely on Wednesday, before turning drier, brighter and warmer on Thursday. Mostly sunny and very warm on Friday with perhaps the odd shower developing later in the day.
