    Largely dry in the east throughout Monday evening with late sunny spells. Scattered showers affecting western coasts initially, then tending to spread a little further inland overnight and turn locally heavy around dawn. A cool night for June. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

    Tuesday:

    A day of sunshine and blustery showers, though the showers tending to become more isolated and lighter during the afternoon. Pleasant in the sun but temperatures a little below average. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

    Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

    Further sunshine and showers throughout Wednesday before a spell of wet and windy weather moves in for Thursday. Largely cloudy on Friday with patchy rain and drizzle.
