Headline:

Staying unsettled through the week.

Today:

Sunny spells and scattered showers across the region today, with some heavy downpours at times. Winds will strengthen through the day, with a keen westerly wind. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Tonight:

Showers will gradually ease this evening and skies will clear. Winds will fall light overnight, allowing a few mist and fog patches to develop. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Wednesday:

Fog patches clearing, to leave a largely dry morning with sunny spells. However, heavy rain and strong winds are likely to move in from the west later in the afternoon. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Unsettled weather is likely to bring heavy showers and strong winds on Thursday and Friday. Colder air will arrive from Friday, with some sunshine likely on Saturday.
