Starting fine and dry with little cloud and light winds. By the afternoon some patchy cloud will develop, and there is a low risk of isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. Some brisk easterly winds developing, feeling cooler along the coast. Maximum temperature 34 °C.

Tonight:

Dry, with cloud building through the evening. Some low cloud may spread in from the coast later in the night. Minimum temperature 12 °C.

Wednesday:

Any low cloud quickly dissipating to leave another dry day with good spells of sunshine. Feeling noticeably cooler in the brisk easterly breeze. Maximum temperature 23 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Showers possible on Thursday evening with temperatures increasing again. Mostly dry on Friday with variable cloud and sunny intervals. Cloudy on Saturday with a risk of showers.

A more changeable period than we have seen of late, as Atlantic weather systems move in from the west to bring a mixture of drier spells and some showers, or longer spells of rain at times. The rain will likely be heaviest in parts of the west and northwest, with the best of the drier conditions more likely towards the south and east. Temperatures will be near-normal overall, with the warmest spots most likely across eastern areas. It will also be breezy at times, most especially across northwestern areas.

Probably changeable or unsettled at first with Atlantic frontal systems bringing showers or longer spells of rain at times. From mid-month, high pressure may begin to become more dominant with conditions becoming dry and more settled, although some showery interludes are still possible. Temperatures are expected to be near normal at first, but probably rising above average later.
