Showers move into the south and west before settled conditions prevail next week
Showers, with possible thunderstorms, will move into the south and west of the UK for a time this weekend, before high pressure becomes re-established.

Warm and mostly sunny today. Showers or thunderstorms possible tomorrow.
Another dry and mainly sunny day with generally small amounts of cloud. High UV and pollen levels and feeling very warm in the strong sunshine with light winds. Maximum temperature 25 °C.
A fine evening for most with plenty of late sunshine. Isolated showers or thunderstorms are a possibility in Cheshire and Merseyside but dry for most overnight with clear spells. Milder. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Many places staying dry with sunny periods and becoming very warm by the afternoon. Showers may develop later with isolated thunderstorms possible, mainly in southern areas. Maximum temperature 25 °C.
High pressure will once again re-establish itself with dry and settled conditions returning. Plenty of strong sunshine and feeling warm for the time of year albeit rather cool overnight.
