Turning more unsettled this week.
Today:
Largely dry and cloudy at first this morning, with just a few showers. Heavy and more persistent rain will arrive this afternoon with strengthening winds around the coast. Maximum temperature 19 °C.
Tonight:
Rain will continue through the evening and first part of the night with heavy downpours at times. Gradually turning drier as rain clears to the east after midnight. Minimum temperature 10 °C.
Tuesday:
A drier start for many on Tuesday with some bright spells. However, heavy scattered showers will quickly move in during the morning, with a chance of thunder at times. Maximum temperature 18 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
A spell of rain moves through on Wednesday, followed by heavy blustery showers on Thursday. Drier on Friday with some bright spells and a few showers at times.
