Largely cloudy across northern parts, with a chance of occasional light rain. Dry elsewhere with some clear spells, allowing patchy fog to quickly form, this becoming locally dense. Feeling chilly. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Sunday:

Cloudy across northern areas with occasional light rain or drizzle. Further south areas of fog will gradually clear, leaving bright or sunny spells. Later fog is likely to return. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Mostly dry Monday and Tuesday with variable cloud and sunny spells once any overnight fog clears. Wednesday cloudy with outbreaks of rain. Temperatures near average with generally light winds.

Over the following weekend a change to more changeable weather is likely, with Atlantic frontal systems bringing rain and some strong winds. Unsettled or changeable weather will likely continue through the following week. After a cold start, temperatures will probably be above average overall.

Atlantic frontal system are likely to spread across the UK, bringing some heavy rain at times and a chance of strong winds. Drier, brighter interludes are likely between systems, and it is possible conditions could become drier overall into early December. Temperatures are likely to be above normal overall.
