A few further heavy showers through this evening, especially over higher ground, but turning drier for most overnight. Clear spells developing into the early hours of Sunday, and feeling fresher too with an easing westerly wind. Minimum temperature 14 °C.

Cloudy to start with rain arriving from the west, sometimes heavy across the higher ground. The best of the brightness in the east, and feeling fresher than recent days. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

A generally drier and more settled period with plenty of sunny spells, and a few scattered showers, mainly over the hills. Light winds, but feeling warmer by Wednesday.

More settled in the southeast with conditions drier overall, although some rain will probably spread from the west or northwest at times. There is also the risk that isolated heavy showers and thunderstorms could develop at times. Temperatures are expected to be above normal, perhaps with some hot spells in the southeast.
